Score ranges

Needs work

1.0 – 2.4

This dimension is dragging the course experience down; review the lowest-scoring items first.

Acceptable

2.5 – 3.7

Broadly working, with clear room to improve. Compare against previous cohorts if you have them.

Strong

3.8 – 5.0

Learners rate this dimension well. Keep the structure that produced it.

How to score and run it

  • Score each subscale as the mean of its items so a strong topic cannot mask a workload problem.
  • Reverse-score the negatively worded items before averaging.
  • Collect it once at the end and, if possible, once mid-course so you can act while it still matters.

This is a self-report questionnaire template for feedback and reflection. It is not a clinical or diagnostic instrument, and scores should not be used to make decisions about an individual on their own.

Run this with automatic scoring

Psych Lab handles the reverse scoring, subscale bands, join codes and CSV export for you — and you can list the finished questionnaire publicly.
